Order Processing Times
Our current lead times are:
General orders: 2 - 3 weeks
Sandscape collection: 3 - 4 weeks
Outlet orders: 1 - 2 weeks
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method:
Parcelforce Express 48 or Parcelforce Express 48 Large – Free Delivery 1 – 2 days.*
*Delivery Delays can occasionally occur.
Studio Haran ships to all addresses within the UK.
International Shipping Policy
Europe:
Euro Priority Business: 4-5 business days*
North America and ROW:
FedEx or UPS services, depending on size of order: 4-5 business days* **

**For orders to New Zealand and Australia, please expect to allow 5-9 business days to deliver.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You should receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Studio Haran is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Studio Haran uses specialist packaging materials for all of our ceramic products to ensure they are given the best possible protection during shipping. In the unfortunate circumstance that your product is damaged during shipping please do the following.
Take a picture of all packaging and damages
Email all evidence within 24 hours of receiving the package to enquiries@studioharan.co.uk
If the product is broken due to shipping, Studio Haran will send a replacement part/product as soon as possible. We may require the broken part to be shipped back to us.
