Refund policy

If you bought your product and it doesn't quite fit in with your interior. That is no problem, you have 8 weeks to return your product to receive a full refund (minus postage charges) as long as it has not been used and is in a resaleable condition. 

We offer a returns service that is easy to use. Just pop the product back in the box and email enquiries@studioharan.co.uk so we can arrange for collection, letting us know a convenient day to pick it up from you. We will then contact our shipping provider and arrange your collection. 

We will refund the original credit card used for the purchase as soon as the goods have arrived back with us, or offer an exchange or replacement. Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received following receipt of the goods.

Products from our Outlet store, and items that are made to a specific order, (bespoke/made-to-order furniture) cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with the product.
